UNION STRONGBOLT 81MM SASHLOCK IN SS FINISH

The Union Strongbolt 5 lever sashlock is suitable for use on doors up to 54mm in thickness and for both left and right hand installations, thanks to its easily reversible latch. The Strongbolt has been successfully tested to BSEN3621 and 12209 for security, BSEN1634 for use on 30 and 60 minute fire doors (when fitted with appropriate intumescent sleeving), and accreditation under the Secured By Design scheme.

It has key operation from both sides and features a deadbolt with hardened steel rollers as well as chamfered edges, making it harder to cut or force open.

The Union Strongbolt mortice sashlock is available in 68mm case depth with 45mm backset, and 81mm case depth with a 57mm backset, and with either polished brass or satin stainless steel finishes to the fore-end and strike plates. IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Requires 1mm Mono Ammonium Phosphate around all surfaces of lock case and 2mm beneath strike and faceplate for FD30, twice that for FD60. We stock the dedicated intumescent protection to suit this lock and will require ordering seperately.
