Returns and refunds policy.

As an online customer you have fourteen days to let us know if you would like to return your goods, and once they’re returned in saleable condition you will receive your full refund within fourteen days, and as soon as possible.

Naturally that is subject to inspection, and does not apply to items that are bespoke or made to order.

If a product is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect we would ask you to get in touch within fourteen days so we can resolve that quickly for you, or as soon as possible if within a stated warranty period.

Please send returns via recorded delivery and obtain a receipt for your costs and proof of postage / dispatch – that amount will be refunded in case of a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item; unfortunately we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit or refund return carriage if you change your mind.

If you are unsure about an item for any reason and need more information, to see one in the flesh or order a sample ahead of a larger order, please get in touch to see what can be done! There has to be a policy for returns so everyone knows where they stand legally but the most important thing is that you get what you want and are delighted with it.
