Returns policy.

Under British law you have up to fourteen days to notify us if you would like to return goods for any reason, and you will receive a full refund within fourteen days of their return to us subject to inspection. Returns of correct and faultless goods will not be accepted outside of this time frame. Right to return does not apply to bespoke or made to order items, provided they are supplied correctly and free of faults.

Provided the goods are correct and not faulty we will require that the customer returns all goods to us at their cost and using a “signed for” service. We cannot take any responsibility for returned goods lost in transit and would encourage you to obtain proof of dispatch in case you need to raise a dispute with your courier.

All returned goods must be in their original and undamaged packaging, save in the case of a product being found to be faulty.
