Description:

Thanks to its cam action operation the AR6409G-BX-SSS overhead door closer opens more smoothly than a rack and pinion equivalent, which makes a unit like this ideal for use by the young, the elderly, and with anyone who has difficulty opening a door against the action of a door closer. The smoothness of its operation exudes quality and makes a door more pleasant to use, and as the AR6409G-BX-Ssss has been tested under BSEN1154 for use on FD30, FD60, and FD120 doors, this is a closer that you can use on most doors throughout a property.

The closer's strength level is adjustable by spring tension, while closing and latching speeds are adjustable through valve adjustment. This closer features a satin stainless steel cover and arm, making it as stylish as it is functional by matching the rest of your satin stainless, chrome, or nickel door furniture.

Please note that this unit is suitable for fitting on the pull side of the door - a pull side closer is also available for that application. Please be aware that they are not interchangeable and will not work effectively if fitted on the incorrect side.
