With the Geze TS4000 S you not only have the capacity to adjust the closing strength by valve from BSEN1154 sizes 2 to 6 on door leaves up to 1400mm wide - you can also delay its closing to allow for the passage of people, the movement of goods, or even beds when used in a hospital environmnet. This highly adaptable overhead fire door closer can be used on right or left handed doors, comes complete with the same latching and sweep speed adjustment as the TS4000 unit, and has been tested for use on fire rated doors up to 120 minutes!
